RICHMOND, VA — Speaker of the Virginia House of Delegates Don Scott issued the following statement today after the Supreme Court of Virginia agreed to hear the case on an expedited basis and allow the April 21 redistricting referendum to move forward:
“Today the Supreme Court of Virginia affirmed what we already know, Virginians will have the final say. The redistricting referendum on April 21 will move forward."
